We finally made it to Starkville on Saturday for a baseball game!  The weather was absolutely beautiful!  We enjoyed lunch at The Grill before riding around campus a bit!

Watching Campbell throw the first pitch!

We were very excited to be able to watch Campbell throw the first pitch!  This is a sweet friend's child who is Sam's age and is battling stage 4 cancer.  There weren't many dry eyes in the stands!  Please pray for him and his family!  He is in the hospital this week doing impatient chemo, next week is outpatient chemo, then in, then out.... and so forth!  Tonight his mom is shaving his head because his hair is falling out.  I can't imagine!

Every grassy area is a chance to run and flip!

He was very proud of his slippers he made!

finishing up Easter...

leigh had a fun class easter hunt at the hewitt's house!

dyeing eggs has always been one of those things that sounds like a good idea and then never really is as much fun as it seems.  well, this year, it was really fun!  i boiled 60 eggs and we went to town!

we did the traditional kind and then we did a marbleized look that was bags.  so while we waited and waited for the eggs to change colors they had fun doing it in plastic bags.

Happy Easter

We had a very Happy Easter yesterday celebrating the resurrection of our Lord and Savior!  Like usual, we spent Easter at my parent's home.  We missed my grandmother Doe, my sister and my in-laws, but we still had a fun crowd!  ( I didn't do a good job this year of taking pictures. I put my camera down for a while, so I don't even have pictures of everyone who was there.)

One day we will get a decent picture, but not yesterday!

Leigh, Sam, Sara Beth, Avery, Jake

Sara, Brad, Reagan (Camp), Michael, and Zeb

And we were all kept safe because of our policeman!

Love this man!  He's a keeper!

Sara and me!

While most of the guys were heading eggs, Jay had the job of executing the jelly bean guessing game!

The boys had to stick together!

Love this of all the kids!

And the egg hunt!

Thanks Mom and Dad!  Until next Easter...
