The Princess, the Pig and more!

Sara Beth takes gymnastics on Wednesdays at the Courthouse. Coach Fico let Katie come this week since she was in town. They had a blast!

We went to The Play Place in Ridgeland this morning with some friends. It was great! Katie and Sara Beth had fun dressing up. These were their favorite costumes--the princess and the pig! I had a hard time getting good pictures because they were next to impossible to slow down.

This is not the best picture, but here is Sara Beth with her best friend Eady. They are having fun spinning in circles. You can see the grocery cart behind Sara Beth. It never was more than a few inches away from her during the 2 hours we were there. Notice the shoes! We love to play mommy and baby!

Afterwards, we went to Chick-fil-A for lunch and ice cream! Everyone, including me, will sleep good tonight! (Katie, Sara Beth, Eady, Katie, and Rosalyn--I am so sorry that I didn't get a picture of Andrew and Ava Taylor today)

Fun Times With Cousin Katie

Thanks to the urging of lots of friends, I have finally decided to start a blog. I wish that I was a creative writer so that it would be fun to read!

Sara Beth's cousin Katie is here for the week. She is 6 months older than Sara Beth and they are the best of friends. Mom and I decided that it would be lots of fun to take the girls to Jellystone to play at the waterpark. Here they are ready and excited about going!

You will notice there are no pictures at the waterpark. That is because Katie wanted nothing to do with the water coming down on her head. It didn't matter at all though, because they had the best time playing at the park.

Leigh wasn't bothered at all by the heat outside! Mom found her a shade tree and she took a good nap. No, her head isn't wet from sweat! I completely coated her in sunscreen. Even after one really good bath she still smells like coconut!

This is my favorite picture! Aren't they cute?

The Flowood Library has a wonderful children's program. I have been taking Sara Beth since she was 3 1/2 months old. I credit Mrs. June as one of the main reasons why Sara Beth can sit for over an hour and read! As you can tell from the picture below, Leigh has already joined in and enjoys it a lot also!
